Mel Tillis

Country Music Legend

A man who needs no introduction, Mel Tillis has written well over 1,000 songs, recorded more than 60 albums and charted more than 30 Top Ten singles. He was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters International Hall of Fame in 1976, and inducted as a member of both the Grand Old Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007. Tillis has been in the music business for over 50 years, and he and his band, the Statesiders, continue to thrill audiences worldwide.
