Did you know that we encounter heroes every day? Police, firefighters, and soldiers are our friends and neighbors and they are required to do heroic things as part of their jobs on a daily basis. Join us as we kick off the library's summer reading programming with a visit by Birmingham firefighters and their firetruck as well as a BPD mounted policeman.
