Yoga with Lindsey

Join instructor Lindsey Barclift at the Gardens on Wednesday in our new adult yoga class. Twenty-five years of classical ballet training, plus many years of cardio, weight and group training has allowed Lindsey to understand one's limitations as well as specific training designed to maximize results while avoiding injuries. She understands the importance of knowing one's limits and backing away to avoid pain and injury. Trained through Yogafit, Lindsey’s goal is to introduce you to yoga and to assist you in developing a safe daily practice. Breathe, strengthen, stretch and relax. Begins April 8.
