About the Workshop: Terry Strickland’s highly realistic and refined portraits in oil represent a refined beauty acquired through years of work and dedication to her art. Her skillful delicacy with a brush is brought to life for her students through thoughtful, incisive instruction.  Terry will teach her method, working through techniques like drawing, palette layout, premixing color strings, transparency and opacity, and edge control.  Students will explore the four properties of color and learn the importance of each in their painting.
