SOL Dance Experience

SOL Dance Experience is an exciting new fusion of dance, exercise and self-exploration. SOL is a LIGHTS OUT, free form, dance experience where you’ll feel more free to move your body and dance without inhibition than you ever have before. Burn off calories and stress as you move to our empowering SOL Music Mix. (Themes change weekly) Join us for this transformative hour integrating your body, mind and spirit. It’s an experience that you won’t forget. WOMEN ONLY.
Feel free to come dance in the dark with us solo or invite all of your girlfriends. Wear comfortable clothes. 
$10 – Tuesdays – doors open at 7:30pm.  Session 7:45pm – 8:45pm  *please note doors will lock at 7:45pm*.
