DAR Membership Workshop - Lily of the Cahaba Chapter

A workshop for women interested in joining the Lily of the Cahaba Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will be held from 3 – 5 p.m. Sunday, July 26, 2015.  The workshop will be held in Meeting Rooms A and B (lower level) at Hoover Public Library, 200 Municipal Drive, Hoover, AL.

The free workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) as well as receive assistance in identifying patriot ancestors and the application process.  Any woman is eligible for membership who is 18 years of age and can prove lineal, blood descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence.
