SOL Dance Experience

When was the last time YOU danced like no one was watching?  SOL Dance Experience is an exciting new fusion of dance, exercise and self-exploration. SOL is a LIGHTS OUT, free form, dance experience where you’ll feel more free to move your body and dance without inhibition than you ever have before. Burn off calories and stress as you move to our empowering SOL Music Mix. (Themes change weekly) Join us for this transformative hour integrating your body, mind and spirit. It’s an experience that you won’t forget. WOMEN ONLY. Feel free to come dance in the dark with us solo or invite all of your girlfriends. Wear comfortable clothes. Great for all levels of fitness. You will dance your own way at your own pace.  Tuesdays

$5 introductory class, $10 per class, or $40 for package of 5
