The new deadline for the “A Life Above” Vestavia Hills photo contest is 2:00 pm CDT September 1, 2015. The rules have also been revised to expand eligibility for students (all student submissions welcomed, instead of high school only). The City of Vestavia Hills is holding the photo contest leading up to the grand opening of its new City Hall.
