The Leeds Arts Council, Inc. will honor artist Lowell Vann with an opening reception on Sunday, August 30, 2015, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to meet the artist and view his paintings. Dr. Vann’s work will be on exhibit through October 1, 2015.
