The Education Scrimmage is a full-day, immersive event that will bring together Birmingham residents who care about making a positive impact on education and teach them to apply their professional skills to real challenges being faced in the Birmingham community.

What happens at a Scrimmage?
Participants learn and quickly start applying rapid-prototyping to real challenges, leveraging their knowledge and experience to ideate and generate creative solutions. Expert facilitators will deliver fast-paced training on design-thinking and rapid-prototyping. The group will then transition into smaller teams and the day is spent creating prototypes, iterating, and driving toward insights.

What are the outcomes of a Scrimmage?
Participants walk away with a new problem-solving technique to show others and use in their work. Showcasing teams leave with actionable insights to address their challenge.
