FIGHT BACK: Self-Defense Workshop for Women – Saturday, October 17th, 4:00-8:00 pm

Learn hands-on self-defense tactics from certified instructors and Vestavia Hills Police Officers Renee Reaves and Kristin Harding-Jones. Workshop will cover awareness tips and risk reduction as well as hands-on tactics. Wear comfortable clothing; you may be asked to remove shoes for some maneuvers. Drinks & snacks will be provided.
