I Was A Civil Rights Kid: An Oral History About Birmingham, Alabama

This presentation will include a video about the children’s civil rights movement. Winfield Burks will share an oral history about the bombings, marches, protests, libraries, and churches of the day. Also, Elinor Burks will have a discussion of the first year of Birmingham’s first black mayor.
