Girls on the Run is a girls empowerment nonprofit. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We host a 5K race each spring that is the opportunity for our girls to participate in a 5K race they train for all semester; it is also our organization’s biggest fundraiser.
