Film Screening of "A Recovering Racist"

Film screening of “A Recovering Racist,” produced by Dale Short and Marti Slay and featuring Lawton Higgs, minister of the Church of the Reconciler and activist/advocate for the homeless in Birmingham. Screening will take place on Sunday, March 6, at 5:30 p.m. in the church sanctuary. The event (5:30 to 7:30) will include an introduction by the producers, the film itself (about an hour), then a discussion afterward with the producers and Lawton Higgs. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
