This weekly ninety minute class covers the basics of yoga including skillful pose alignment, pose modifications to suit each body, mindful movement, guided relaxation – all while cultivating awareness of breath. The series pace is beginner-friendly and will appeal to those interested in trying yoga in a safe, light-hearted beautiful new practice space.
