Meditation Class

7:15-7:45pm – Instruction in Meditation for beginners or those feeling rusty in their skills.

7:45-8:45pm – sitting with quiet, guided meditation and/or music and crystal bowls.

Each section is $5 per class or $10 for both

If you are already meditating, come and join a group energy to bring well being to our community. If you want to start meditating, take the instruction from 7:15-7:45 through the 8 weeks to improve skills and then sit with us for the hour. 

The seated meditation hour will also include sharing poetry, stories, pictures, and personal stories that add to the centering focus and mindfulness of the group.
