The Sewanee University Choir
April 23, 2017
The nationally renowned Choir of the University of the South and their newly appointed director, Dr. Geoffrey Ward, play an important role in the musical life of the University and All Saints’ Chapel. The University Choir not only has the liturgical duties of singing for Sunday Eucharist and Evensong in the Chapel, but also offers several concert performances throughout the year, often with orchestral accompaniment. Choir members represent a broad spectrum of the undergraduate student body, all united by a common love of music and an interest in singing, studying, and performing the finest liturgical music. The Sewanee University Choir is truly one of the best collegiate choirs in the Southeast.
