DEBUSSY: Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun
    GERSHWIN: Concerto in F
    SIBELIUS: Symphony No. 1

Christopher Confessore returns to the Masterworks stage as dynamite pianist Terrence Wilson solos in a concerto that nimbly straddles jazz and classical worlds, composed by Gershwin just one year after Rhapsody in Blue. As the evening begins, we’ll luxuriate in the sensuous atmosphere created by Debussy in his Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun.

Gain insight into the works you're about to hear by joining us at 7pm for Concert Comments in the Reynolds-Kirschbaum Recital Hall. Free.
