Auditions for 2017-18 Season

AUDITIONS FOR BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S THEATRE’S 70TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON

Birmingham Children’s Theatre will hold auditions for its 2017-18 season on Tuesday, March 7 (3 to 9 PM) and Saturday, March 11 (Noon to 5 PM). We are currently looking for adult performers of all ethnicities and ages for more than 50 roles. All performers are paid.

SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE! Book by George Keating, Kyle Hall, Scott Ferguson; Music and Lyrics by Bob Dorough, Dave Frishberg, George Newall, Kathy Mandry, Lynn Ahrens, & Tom Yohe

Our 2017-18 Wee Folks season will be:

THE THREE BILLY GOATS GRUFF by Jean Pierce; Music by Jim Aycock
HO HO HO…A MERRY MOUSE CHRISTMAS by Camille Butrus & Charlotte Lane Dominick
GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS by Jean Pierce; Music by Jay Tumminello
GOODNIGHT MOON by Margaret Wise Brown & Clement Hurd; Adapted by Chad Henry

We will also be touring a shortened version of Shakespeare’s ROMEO AND JULIET.
