Starting at $79, Guests can sip and savor their way across the Southern Hemisphere with a wine-paired, three-course menu, including: Ora King Salmon, Rack Of Lamb and Filet and Flavor Flight, featuring a main filet mignon served with a flavor flight, including rich mole and cabernet butter sauces, savory chimichurri and black lava salts.
