Food From Other Nations

OLLI of Greater Birmingham presents Food From Other Nations with a different culinary expert each session.  May 9 is Greek food with Irene Lafakis, who helps prepare food for the annual Greek Festival.  May 16, Chris Zapolowski of Homewood Gormet will provide cooking and menu tips.  May 23, chefs from LEON La Taberna Mexican Tavern will prepare Mexican food.  May 30, Pratibba Khare, native of India and professor will prepare Indian food.
