Introduce your child to his/her Super-Self. At this camp, we will find our own superhero identity, feeling powerful at we:

-Do Yoga for a strong body
-Meditate for a strong mind
-Create a personalized Power Pose & Mighty Mantra
-Design a Super Symbol shirt
-Make a Superpower Mist
-Make a Super Smoothie

For ages 5 – 10. Grades K-4.
