Gadsden Riverfest

 Since Riverfest began in 1986 as a small event in a mall parking lot, The Chamber has worked with local sponsors and retailers to make it a major entertainment event. Crowds exceed 30,000 over the two-day musical weekend, and great artists such include country giants such as Charlie Daniels Martina McBride, Lorrie Morgan Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Vince Gill,Alabama, Randy Travis, Jamie Johnson, The Oak Ridge Boys and more. Rock night has hosted chart toppers such as Michael McDonald, The Beach Boys,Daughtry,Kansas, Bo Diddley, The Commodores, Gap Band, Kenny Loggins, Gin Blossoms, Sister Hazel, Bret Michaels, KC & the Sunshine Band, The Guess Who and Fuel. More than 200 musical acts have performed at Riverfest since its inception.
