New Rising Star Community Support Corporation

New Rising Star Community Support Corporation is a nonprofit, 501(c)3, agency located in the East Lake Community of Birmingham, Alabama. We are a community development organization involved in the revitalization of our community. Our mission is changing lives for the better in the neighborhoods that surround New Rising Star: Brown Springs, East Lake and Gate City. The quality of life in these communities will only improve as we develop them to become a community of choice living through education, owner-occupied affordable housing and other supportive services such as free senior transportation, career coaching clinics and career fairs for those who need a job or need a better paying job.
