The Summit Birmingham opened in 1997 and is the flagship of Bayer Properties’ retail portfolio.   Located at the crossroads of I-459 and U.S. 280, The Summit Birmingham totals 1 million square feet of retail, restaurants and office space with a mixed-use environment.

The Summit Birmingham includes over 100 stores and restaurants such as Anthropologie, Apple, Fleming’s, Gus Mayer, Juicy Couture, Lucky Brand Jeans, MAC Cosmetics, Merrell, P.F. Chang’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Urban Outfitters and Vera Bradley, among others.
