Festival Center Birmingham, LP, a branch of Skyline International Development, Inc., purchased the Crestwood Festival Center (formerly known as Eastwood Festival Centre) located on Crestwood Boulevard fom DDR Corp. in early April 2012. The new management plans to restore Crestwood Festival Center back to the burgeoning retail hub that many Birmingham natives and residents remember from its heyday. The Center was built in 1988 and opened in 1989. Southpace Properties, Inc. manages and leases the property.
