Embody Practice Center is host to movement classes such as yoga and Tai Chi, workshops and conferences. The Embody Practice Studio is conveniently located in the Crestbrook Plaza building on Montclair Road near Crestline Village.

Attached to EPC is Embody Manual and Movement Therapy, which is a collaborative effort of six local therapists who each offer unique and effective modalities.
