Wednesdays, 11:30am-12:30pm [no class Feb. 7]
Welcoming and encouraging, this 60 minute class is designed to inspire.  Movement material is drawn from yoga, ballet, and modern dance.  Class is taught by Rachael Inman.
$12/class at the door. Or, pre-register for all 8 classes for $70.

Thursday, 6:30-7:30 pm
This contemporary dance class will get you moving through space, rolling on the floor, and connecting with other dancers.
