Ages 25+: In-Person SpeakOut LGBTQ Support Group

We’re thrilled to bring back our *IN-PERSON* Adult LGBTQ Support Group: SpeakOUT. This is a free meeting for all LGBTQ adults ages 25+. Meetings will occur on the first Wednesday of each month from 5-6 PM at the Magic City Acceptance Center, facilitated by the wonderful Savannah Donahoe!

Savannah (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Montevallo and completed her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Montevallo. She completed her internship at the Crisis Center of Birmingham as a Rape Response Counselor and operator for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

As a therapist, Savannah utilizes strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. She has worked with clients who are navigating abuse, family conflict, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ concerns (including HRT), anxiety, and depression. Her goal is to provide safe, affirming care to her clients.
