American Village Festival of Tulips

The American Village is open to the public Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the Festival of Tulips (weather permitting).

General admission for the Festival of Tulips is $5, and free to children ages 4 and under, veterans and active military.

In addition to strolling the field of tulips, visitors coming Monday-Friday can explore more than 20 public spaces on the 188-acre campus, and enjoy vignettes by the staff of customed historical interpreters. ... view more »

Tulips/bulbs will be $2.00 each.

The Festival of Tulips will last as long as the flowers are in bloom, or until they are all picked and purchased. That usually lasts about 3-4 weeks (depending on the weather).

The tulip field has gravel paths with grass between the rows. It is wheelchair accessible, if a little bumpy. The American Village campus is paved throughout, and is handicapped accessible.

Professional photographers may have sessions in the tulip field. The cost is $50/day plus admission for each person being photographed, and any tulips that are picked.
