In Honor of S.W.A.N. Day, Sister City Connection is offering an Afternoon of Workshops to help you quiet your mind, and move your body into a season of Healthy resisting. The Afternoon begins with;

• Music, Movement and Responding to Women Visual Arts with LaDonna Smith and Lori Lassiter Hamilton 
• “Literary Healing”  with Salaam Green 
• “Using Beat for Performance” with LaShondra RyNea
