School’s out, so treat yourself and your child to an afternoon at the “Spa”, where we will have fun, relax and make ourselves simply FEEL GOOD!
We will do yoga, meditative activities and a spa treatment. Learn basic hand massage techniques and make a scrub with essential oils to take home and bring your calm with you.
For 5 – 12 year olds with a grown up!
