Family Candle Making Class

Family Nights at MCAC are intended as a night for LGBTQ youth ages 13-24 to bring their trusted adults, siblings, and family of all ages to MCAC to enjoy LGBTQ-friendly events together! Biological families, chosen families, found families, grandparents, and guardians, all are welcome. No registration is required bring yourselves for some good family community-building time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Folks ages 13-18 are required to attend with a parent or guardian due to the nature of this activity, and children under the age of 13 are asked to stay home.

About our candle instructor: Larry started Burnable Bouquets after coming out as transgender and looking for a means of self-expression in their healing journey. “Embark on your healing journey with your very own intention candle. On top you’ll find a charged crystal and flower petals from Larry’s garden. Hand poured with care your candle is ready for YOUR intentions. Manifest with me.”
