First Sunday Hike at Turkey Creek Nature Preserve

The weather’s great for hiking! The Friends of Turkey Creek Nature Preserve are doing a first Sunday hike at the Preserve. We’ll meet at the Highland’s parking lot (by the back gate) a little before 1 and head out at 1. We’ll walk the Thompson Trace, check out the falls, and then come back by way of the Hanby Hollow Trail. We’ll do 2.4 miles round trip, plus wanderings at the falls. It’s a moderate hike but a pole might come in handy. It’s November 7th. Everyone is welcome.
