Take a look back as world-renowned researcher and Endowed Professor of Polar and Marine Biology, Jim McClintock, Ph.D., presents a discussion about the impacts of climate change on Antarctica.

McClintock is a prolific scholar and a Fellow in the prestigious Explorer’s Club. He and his research collaborators are among the world’s authorities on Antarctic marine chemical ecology and drug discovery, and have developed an award-winning interactive educational outreach web site (UAB In Antarctica). McClintock’s book Lost Antarctica: Adventures in a Disappearing Land earned international praise. A book signing will follow the program.
