Frostbite 5K and Fun Run

Join us at Veteran’s Park on Valleydale Road for the 9th Annual Frostbite 5K! This is a fair, but challenging course perfect for your once a year 5K, New Year’s Resolution, or fitness check in your training for the Mercedes Marathon. Sign up includes a swag bag, complimentary food and drink on site, and an official Frostbite 5K t-shirt! All proceeds from the Frostbite 5K go directly to support Young Life Birmingham South, an outreach ministry to teenagers.
