This outdoor show is known throughout the Southeast as both a fun and a friendly show. The show is sponsored by Alabama Mineral & Lapidary Society with demos, exhibits, children’s activities, and door prizes. Various geology—and jewelry—related groups have booths at the show. The show will showcase and sell gems, minerals, fossils and jewelry. This event is also great fun for kids. They can begin a gem or rock collection that may develop into a fun hobby to be enjoyed for a lifetime.

Day-Use Admission:
$5 Adults (12 years and older)
$4 Seniors (Ages 62 and older)
$3 Children (Ages 6-11)
ages 5 and under free
Tannehill Park is a day use park open 365 days a year. Park usage is generally limited to sunrise to sunset including holidays except for campground activities and receptions.
