Looking to try something new? Hoop Dance is an extremely fun way to feel like a kid again while getting your heart rate up and toning muscles you didn’t even know you had. NO experience necessary! Hoops and poi provided.
Join Paige of Hoop for Fitness for this 4-week series designed to take you out of the box – and into the CIRCLE! This class is for those with little to no experience with double hooping. We will explore the basic building blocks including the different timings and directions, as well as essential moves such as weaves and flowers. This class will primarily focus on hoops but we will use poi as well to help further explain and understand the movements.
