Theatre Downtown presents the Birmingham debut of the Charles Busch comedy “Our Leading Lady” June 13-29.
This comedy revolved around the lead actress/company manager of the theatre company in 1865 presenting the play “Our American Cousin” that President Lincoln attending.
The rest is history, or at least one side of it in a twisted dish that mixes fact, rumors and fantasy.
ADMISSION INFO
Tickets are $20. Shows are June 13-29 Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 8p. General admission. Friday June 14 $10 tickets can be purchased by mentioning the Super Secret Password posted that day on Theatre Downtown’s Facebook page.
