What: This is a 1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2 virtual run (or walk) to help our friends in Ukraine.  You choose which distance you want to complete! When: Complete your race any time between now and August 24, 2022 (The Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine was adopted by the Ukrainian parliament on 24 August 1991. The Act reestablished Ukraine’s state independence). *Medals and bibs will start shipping out around May 20th! After that they will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up. If you want to complete your race before your medal arrives you are welcome to do so.  You will be able to print out a digital bib when you sign up. Where:  You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us). Why:  Because this is our way of honoring the people of Ukraine. Official “Race for Ukraine” race swag is available HERE for a limited time only Cost:  The price is $20 and that includes your medal, bib and the rest of the proceeds we will split and donate equally between these two charities:  World Central Kitchen and Care.org.  *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them.

Race for Ukraine 1M 5K 10K 13.1 26.2

Our hearts are hurting for the people of Ukraine. So many of us want to help, but we don’t know how.  One thing we know how to do is run (and walk).  We can race for the people of Ukraine and raise money to help bring some sort of relief. 

On February 24, Russia launched a large-scale attack on neighboring Ukraine, invading the country on several fronts. As a result, more than two million Ukrainians have fled their homes in search of safety, with many more expected to follow.  Our hearts are hurting for the people of Ukraine.
