Reiki (pronounced Ray kee) is a natural healing system of healing for the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a universal energy that supports us in all that we do.
In this Reiki 1 Certification Class, we will be working with the physical body and subtle layers of the energy body. We will look at the energy that our chakras hold and how it affects all aspects of behavior. We will discuss our chakra energy fields, and learn how to balance the body, mind and spirit through the chakras. We will discover ways Reiki restores energy, reduces stress and enhances meditation and sleep.
