Rock N Run 5k

Our 4th annual Rock N Run 5k will take place at Homewood Park on Saturday, August 22, 2015. This year’s theme is the ’70s, so we hope to see you in your cool, fun, and funky 70s running/walking/rock’n’ gear!

This race benefits IMPACT Family Counseling, which was founded as a grassroots initiative in 1991 to intervene and prevent youth from entering a life of crime.  Since its founding, IMPACT Family Counseling has provided professional counseling services to “at-risk” Birmingham youth and their families.  

IMPACT is a 501©3, non-profit, faith-based, United Way agency. The race course runs through the scenic Homewood neighborhoods and parks.  Registration includes a race t-shirt and gift bag. There will be music featuring the groovy tunes of the ’70s and post race refreshments.
