Tai-ji Quan (Tai Chi) is a Chinese slow-motion martial art and moving meditation. It promotes physical and emotional balance, with particular emphasis on breathing (Qi Gong). This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities. The short yang style form is taught in the Beginner Series by Stephen Guesman of Dancing Stone Tai-ji Quan.
