Tai-ji Quan (Tai Chi) Practice

Tai-­ji Quan (Tai Chi) is a Chinese slow­motion martial art and moving meditation. It promotes physical and emotional balance, with particular emphasis on breathing (Qi Gong). This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities. You are welcome in the ongoing Practice class at anytime – the first class is free.
