The Monoprint with Celeste Pfau

Celeste will explain how she uses oil-based and water-based ink on gelli plates to create imagery.  She will demonstrate how she uses the printing press to create images. After the demo, participants will share sketches or photos of images they would like to explore through printmaking. Participants will make paper or plastic stencils of their images, after drawing, sketching and exploring composition. Celeste will explain how to gelli print, and work with each student individually on the printing press.

Saturday, June 22, 10am – 4pm. $145, supplies needed. $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required to hold your place.
