Think & Drink

Last year the AHF Young Professionals Board hosted “Think & Drink: The Danger of Art.” This year the YP Board is back wtih a new series of Think & Drinks at Avondale Brewery. 

On Tuesday, March 22, the Alabama Humanities Foundation (AHF) Young Professionals will hold a panel discussion exploring how photos are used to tell stories, the rise of visually driven platforms like Instagram, and how we see life and society through pictures. “Think and Drink: What’s News?” will allow attendees and panelists to sip and sound off about the role photography plays in the news and in our lives. 

Panelists include photographer Tracy Brock and Birmingham Civil Rights Institute’s Laura Anderson.
