Village 2 Village 10k

Welcome to the 2017 edition of the Village 2 Village 10k presented by Schaeffer Eye Center!

Join 1,000 of your fellow runners for this fun-filled run through the beautiful neighborhoods and Villages of Mountain Brook. This year’s race will unveil an exciting new course and the finish line and after-party will be held in the new Lane Parke development in Mountain Brook Village. 

Along the course runners will find a few surprises to keep them smiling, while local neighborhood families will compete to see which home can provide the loudest and largest cheer station! After you have finished the 10k, stick around and enjoy the festivities which include live bands, carnival games and kids area, face painting, refreshments, and much, much more! You do not want to miss this race! Runners of all paces are welcome and encouraged to participate in the festivities.

This year’s event also has a charitable component, the Village 2 Village 4 Vision. Thanks to the generosity of our title sponsor, Schaefer Eye Center will provide eye exam services and eyeglasses to economically disadvantaged communities on behalf of registrants. How amazing is that?! Not only do you get to run a great race, but you will be helping local children achieve better eyesight. 

CANCELLATION STATEMENT: This event will occur rain or shine. Village 2 Village 10k reserves the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refunds.
