This series introduces the foundations of Hatha yoga with hands-on, “how-to” guidance. Traditional yoga poses and breathing exercises will be explored. You will receive follow up emails each week as well. Great for first timers, those finding their way back to yoga, or more experienced practitioners looking to reconnect with foundations of the discipline. Requires pre-registration.
