Alabama Veterans Initiative

Dedicated to all the needs of post-9/11 veterans in their time of transition from active duty to civilian life, AVI looks to provide assistance to Alabama’s veterans at the personal, social, educational, and vocational levels. AVI’s goals consist of advocating and promoting veteran benefits, groups, and issues within Alabama’s public and private campuses as well as informing and connecting veterans to their hard-earned higher education, job training, and other VA benefits.
