Birmingham Jefferson Chapter of the American Red Cross

serves the residents of Jefferson County by providing programs and services consistent with the American Red Cross congressional charter and the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross Movement. To meet the needs of our communities, we provide relief to victims of disasters; help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies; provide service to the military and their families; administer Project SHARE (energy assistance); Health & Safety courses; and weekly blood drives.
